Northgate Technology Group was founded to solve a problem we saw repeatedly across the trucking industry: capable operators losing access to revenue because compliance and performance systems were fragmented, reactive, or misunderstood. As Amazon Relay and other large platforms raised performance and safety expectations, many trucking companies were being held to enterprise-level standards without having enterprise-level infrastructure. Dispatchers were doing their best, owners were wearing too many hats, and compliance issues were being addressed only after scores dropped or escalations occurred. The result was unnecessary stress, lost revenue, and preventable risk.

We started Northgate to close that gap. We are most passionate about helping trucking companies move from constant reaction to operational control. We believe carriers should not lose eligibility, freight access, or profitability because of repeatable issues that could have been prevented with the right systems, visibility, and accountability.
